The Medak Cathedral is one of the largest churches in India and was constructed by the British Wesleyan Methodists. The enormous cathedral was officially consecrated in 1924, crafted in a Gothic Revival style. The entire roof of the church is soundproof, which helps it maintain its signature acoustics. The cathedral has belonged to the Diocese of Medak of the Church of South India since 1947.
