In the Museo Porteño “Lo de Gustavo” you can see a reflection of Argentinia’s past. The museum is filled with stage sets, cars, sulkies, motor carriages, motorcycles, and a large number of objects that transport visitors back in time. There’s a barbershop and a dentist’s office, old technology and perfumes, and more. There is also a large collection of vehicles, from a fire engine to scooters, motorcycles, and bicycles.
The museum was made by Gustavo Fattori, a porteño ironworker who was born in the San Cristóbal neighborhood of Buenos Aires. It is located inside a former factory that once produced toys and shoes.
