Currently working as a reporter in Medellin, Benjy has taken the slow travel approach to get his kicks. Before Colombia he lived in the Peruvian Andes, where he learned Spanish apprenticing in a carpentry shop. He's a Vanderbilt creative writing graduate and a jungle boy at heart.
